Careers at Welcome to Wellbeing
About Welcome to Wellbeing
At Welcome to Wellbeing, we specialise in providing inclusive nutrition support for individuals across metro, regional, and rural Australia. We emphasise a compassionate approach to address challenges related to food, eating, weight, and body image. Our practice offers a welcoming space where clients can feel supported in their journey to a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
Welcome to Wellbeing differentiates itself through a distinctive combination of Body-Inclusive, Trauma-Informed, Neuro-Affirming, and Non-Diet frameworks to provide holistic, compassionate, and inclusive care.
Operating as a hybrid model, our physical clinic is nestled in the leafy suburb of Hornsby, located in Sydney’s upper north shore. In addition to our in-person services, we offer comprehensive online services, including Telehealth, catering to individuals across Australia.
Our practice provides a wide range of inclusive nutrition services, from personalised 1:1 nutrition counselling to online group programs, as well as specialised services for organizations and professionals.
About the Role:
Discover a rewarding opportunity at Welcome to Wellbeing where you can make a meaningful impact in the non-diet space. We are currently seeking a compassionate, and growth oriented Non-Diet Dietitian to join our lovely team in a contractor capacity (initial commitment of 3 days/week). This is a Telehealth only position and is perfect for dietitians seeking flexibility and the chance to work from home while still making a positive impact on clients’ relationships with food and body image.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a role in empowering and inspiring our clients to cultivate positive connections with food, eating, and body image. Your role involves providing guidance to those with eating disorders and supporting individuals navigating challenges with their relationship to food and body.
As a contractor, you’ll have the exciting opportunity and freedom to run your own business without the burdens of managing a group private practice. Focus on what you love—helping clients—and let us deal with the rest!
You'll have the freedom to explore your interests within the non-diet space, establish a strong referral network, and build a strong community reputation. The role fosters a growth mindset and encourages entrepreneurial initiative, providing flexibility, financial independence, and personal fulfillment within our supportive and nurturing environment.

This role is not for you if:
You’re not comfortable working from a non-diet, body-inclusive framework.
You’re unable to commit to building long-term relationships with clients.
You’re not prepared to work autonomously while also collaborating with a supportive team.
You’re looking for a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment rather than a nurturing and compassionate space.
You’re not interested in pursuing both personal growth and professional development.
You’re looking for traditional employment rather than working as an independent contractor.
